If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be organiseed by the customer. Returns made after 14 days will incur a 25% restocking charge.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the goods, and you will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
